Chicken Caesar wraps are a convenient lunch option that combines crunchy chicken, crisp lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and creamy dressing inside a soft tortilla. Lightly grilling the assembled wraps creates a golden exterior and a warm, satisfying filling. They are ideal for meal preparation, packed lunches, or a quick weekday dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 250 g chicken breast
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 40 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp Caesar dressing
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- A handful of croutons, lightly crushed (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into thin strips and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked, approximately 6–8 minutes depending on thickness.
- In a bowl, combine the lettuce, Parmesan, Caesar dressing, and optional crushed croutons.
- Divide the salad mixture between the tortillas and add the cooked chicken.
- Fold in the sides and roll each tortilla tightly to keep the filling inside.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in a dry skillet and toast for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly crisp.
- Cut diagonally and serve with extra dressing on the side.
Serving tip: Add sliced avocado or cherry tomatoes for extra freshness, or use grilled chicken instead of pan-fried chicken for a lighter variation.
