Keto Baked Cod with Herbs

This keto friendly baked cod is an easy and flavorful meal

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, thyme, dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the mixture over the cod fillets and top with lemon slices.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve immediately.
