Gluten-Free Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl.
  3. Mix in the melted butter, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add baking soda and salt, then fold in the flour until just incorporated.
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing.
