Gluten-Free Apple Crisp

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups sliced apples
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place sliced apples in a baking dish and drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. In a bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter.
  4. Spread the oat mixture over the apples.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until topping is golden brown and apples are tender.
  6. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
