Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash bananas in a large bowl.
- Mix in the melted butter, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add baking soda and salt, then fold in the flour until just incorporated.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
