Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 1 small cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to Prepare:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned. Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, and lime juice.
- Add bell pepper, carrot, and cucumber. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh cilantro.
- Serve the chicken mixture in butter lettuce leaves, wrapping them like a taco.
