Teriyaki Salmon with Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Prepare:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the teriyaki sauce.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour half of the teriyaki sauce over them. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. On a baking sheet, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange around the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the broccoli is tender.
  6. Drizzle remaining teriyaki sauce over the salmon and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
