Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to Prepare:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the teriyaki sauce.
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour half of the teriyaki sauce over them. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- On a baking sheet, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange around the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the broccoli is tender.
- Drizzle remaining teriyaki sauce over the salmon and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
