Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Spinach:
    • Make sure the spinach is fully thawed and drained. Squeeze out any excess water using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
  3. Mix the Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, combine the drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
    • Mix until well combined and the cream cheese is fully incorporated.
  4. Bake the Dip:
    • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (about 8×8 inches or similar size).
    • Spread it out evenly in the dish.
  5. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is slightly golden brown.
  6. Serve:
    • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
    • Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
