Spinach and Feta Omelette

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

Instructions:

  1. Whisk Eggs: In a bowl, whisk together eggs until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook Spinach: Heat olive oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add chopped spinach and sauté until wilted.
  3. Pour Eggs: Pour beaten eggs into the skillet, swirling to evenly distribute.
  4. Add Feta: Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over one half of the omelette.
  5. Fold and Serve: Once the edges are set and the bottom is golden brown, fold the omelette in half. Slide onto a plate and serve hot.
