Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked pasta or crusty bread for serving
How to Prepare:
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside. Add white wine, chicken broth, and lemon juice to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly reduced.
- Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Stir in fresh parsley.
- Serve over cooked pasta or with crusty bread.
