KETO Greek Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and Kalamata olives.
  2. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
