Keto Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Add lemon juice and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
