KETO Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or preferred sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Fresh berries for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Ingredients: In a food processor, combine avocados, cocoa powder, almond milk, erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Chill: Transfer the mousse to serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  3. Serve: Garnish with fresh berries if desired before serving
