Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Zucchini noodles or shirataki noodles for serving
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and heat through.
- Serve over zucchini noodles or shirataki noodles, garnished with parsley.
