KETO Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • Celery sticks and carrot sticks for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Bake: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on top if using. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  4. Serve: Let the dip cool slightly before serving with celery sticks and carrot sticks.
