Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Add beef slices and cook until browned.
- Pour in beef broth, bring to a simmer, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and Dijon mustard until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve over zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice.
