Keto Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir-fry the beef slices until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  5. Return beef to the skillet, add soy sauce and oyster sauce, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
