Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Stir-fry the beef slices until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Return beef to the skillet, add soy sauce and oyster sauce, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
