KETO Bacon-Wrapped Avocado Fries

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and slice each half into 4 wedges.
  3. Season the Avocados: In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning over the avocado wedges.
  4. Wrap with Bacon: Wrap each avocado wedge with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Bake: Place the bacon-wrapped avocado fries on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
