Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 lemons (1 sliced, 1 juiced)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to Prepare:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the mixture and place lemon slices on top.
- Grill the salmon for 5-7 minutes on each side or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot with additional lemon wedges.
