Grilled Lemon Herb Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 lemons (1 sliced, 1 juiced)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Prepare:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the mixture and place lemon slices on top.
  4. Grill the salmon for 5-7 minutes on each side or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve hot with additional lemon wedges.
