Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) flank steak, thinly sliced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce (gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the gluten-free soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
- Cook the Beef: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Cook the Broccoli: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another minute.
- Combine and Serve: Return the beef to the skillet and pour in the sauce. Stir to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
