Gluten-Free Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Prepare the Batter: In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas and melted butter. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, and mix well. Stir in the baking soda and salt. Gradually add the gluten-free flour and mix until just combined.
  3. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Cool and Serve: Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
