Cobb Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Arrange mixed greens on a large plate.
  2. Top with hard-boiled eggs, avocado, chicken, bacon, cherry tomatoes, and blue cheese.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the salad.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
