Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Arrange mixed greens on a large plate.
- Top with hard-boiled eggs, avocado, chicken, bacon, cherry tomatoes, and blue cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
