- Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1-2 ripe tomatoes, sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Slice the mozzarella cheese and tomatoes.
- Wash and pat dry the basil leaves.
- Assemble the Panini:
- Drizzle olive oil on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the un-oiled side of one slice, layer the mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, and basil leaves.
