Ingredients:
- 3 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hamburger buns
- Coleslaw (for serving)
Instructions:
- Season pork shoulder with salt and pepper.
- Place pork in a slow cooker with sliced onion, garlic, BBQ sauce, and chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
- Shred the pork with two forks and mix with the juices in the slow cooker.
- Serve pulled pork on hamburger buns with coleslaw.
