BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hamburger buns
  • Coleslaw (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Season pork shoulder with salt and pepper.
  2. Place pork in a slow cooker with sliced onion, garlic, BBQ sauce, and chicken broth.
  3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
  4. Shred the pork with two forks and mix with the juices in the slow cooker.
  5. Serve pulled pork on hamburger buns with coleslaw.
