Gluten-Free Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) chicken tenders
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Coating: In a bowl, mix gluten-free breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place the coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake: Spray the chicken tenders lightly with olive oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
  5. Serve: Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
