Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 1 small cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Prepare:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add ground chicken and cook until browned. Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, and lime juice.
  3. Add bell pepper, carrot, and cucumber. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in fresh cilantro.
  5. Serve the chicken mixture in butter lettuce leaves, wrapping them like a taco.
