Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
How to Prepare:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Thread chicken and vegetables onto the skewers. Brush with the marinade.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with a side of your choice.
