Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions:
- Season pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear pork chops until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and Dijon mustard, stirring to combine.
- Return pork chops to the skillet and simmer until cooked through and the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh thyme and serve.
