Keto Pork Chops with Creamy Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Season pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear pork chops until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and Dijon mustard, stirring to combine.
  4. Return pork chops to the skillet and simmer until cooked through and the sauce thickens.
  5. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve.
