Keto Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Zucchini noodles or shirataki noodles for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and heat through.
  6. Serve over zucchini noodles or shirataki noodles, garnished with parsley.
