Garlic Butter Baked Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic.
  4. Brush the garlic butter over the salmon fillets.
  5. Top each fillet with lemon slices and sprinkle with fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve immediately.
