Beef Stir-Fry with Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 broccoli head, cut into florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the steak slices in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat and stir-fry the steak until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. Add bell peppers, broccoli, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  4. Return the beef to the skillet, mix well, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
