Ingredients:
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 broccoli head, cut into florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Marinate the steak slices in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil for 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat and stir-fry the steak until browned. Remove from skillet.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet, mix well, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
