- 4 oz pancetta, diced
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook pancetta until crispy, then add minced garlic.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and Parmesan cheese together.
- Drain the pasta, reserving some pasta water.
- Combine hot pasta with pancetta, then remove from heat and quickly mix in egg mixture, adding reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve.
