Gluten-Free Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 12 oz gluten-free fettuccine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
