  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Marinade:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Marinate the Chicken:
