Ingredients:

  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla or wrap
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup croutons, slightly crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedge (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Cook and slice or shred the chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
    • Wash and chop the romaine lettuce.
  2. Mix the Salad:
    • In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing.
    • Toss well to coat everything evenly.
  3. Assemble the Wrap:
    • Lay the tortilla or wrap flat on a clean surface.
    • Place the Caesar salad mixture in the center of the tortilla.
