Ingredients:
- 14 oz (400g) extra-firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
